SEXPO

Got a call from Clio at the last minute yesterday, asking me if I wanna work at Suntec's Sexpo. For those who are not familiar, Sexpo is a SEX Exhibition, a 3-day event that is educational and entertaining.

Being super broke and super free after exams, I agreed to take on the job...just wished that I did not have to give out condoms! Luckily, my job was just to station at the "Changing Room" where people pay to change into different kinky costumes and take pictures! Cool rite...haha...plus I can get to see some bods!

Maybe because it was a Friday, so there was not much crowd at my station...but nonetheless, there were some pretty interesting characters* (pun not intended) which showed up at the Changing Room.

For a start, it's hard to get people to come into the Changing Room. Once you approach couples and tell them they can change into costumes to take pictures, the following scenarios could happen:

1. The gal will take 2 steps back and say "no no no" while the guy lets out a cheeky laugh.

2. The guy will take 2 steps back and say "no no no" while the gal lets out a cheeky laugh.

3. The gal will ask the guy "you want anot?" while flashing her cutest smile....

4. The guy will ask the gal "you want anot? while giving her a horny look....

OR, you could get uncles standing outside the Changing Room, hoping to get a glance at any exposed flesh. For these people, I adopted a matter-of-fact attitude.

"Uncle, want take photo? Can wear sexy costume to take. Must pay $5. Want? Come la."

Sounds crude, but usually this will make them go away. I did say usually....some just don't give up, they will actually go inside and take a look at the costumes! Goodness....If my dad is like that I will ask my mom to divorce him!!!

Wanna go into the details of the different couples who came into the Changing Room, some were really hilarious...but I scared kenna defamation suit la so better not write here. If you wanna know come ask me haha!

By the way, wanna know which station has the longest queue? Pole dancing room.....pay $5 go inside see gals dance for 3 min also shiok....haiz....

Fighting for my last paper

Finally down to just one paper before I can free myself from the ulu NTU hostel! Although I can't wait for the 22nd to come, I'm fighting to finish all the lecture notes and readings.....

Alone studying in hostel on a rainy Sunday night, suddenly reminds me of a chinese idiom, or proverb-whatever.

十年寒窗无人哓 ,

Literally, it means nobody cares when you study alone beside a cold window for 10 years. The next line goes...

一举成名天下知。

But when you become successful, everyone knows.

I don't really care if no one knows I am studying (whether I put in enough effort into my studies is a different matter haha), but I hope I will be successful in future. Don't have to let everyone know when that happens though, not at all important.

So here I am, taking a break from my notes...now time to get back to that cold window. Just a few more days...not 10 years...so hang on Pam!

Sleepless nights

It's 4 am and I'm sitting here wondering what I can do to pass time....ended up blogging. Have nothing to blog about though, just typing my way to lala land....

My dear is soundly asleep, watching him in deep sleep is kinda comforting....and watching him scratch himself is simply amusing keke....I know you gonna get me for this! keke...

Dear is tossing and turning in his sleep...must be because he is sleeping on a dreadfully thin mattress, causing his extremely generous and sexy butt to hurt badly wahaha....xin ku ni le dear! Just one more semester and you don't have to sleep in my hostel anymore!!

I cannot sleep!!!!!! and I don't wanna read my textbook at this freaking hour!! Save me....

What's your definition of happiness?

Many people find happiness in friends, in the work they do, in their family, in their extravagant lifestyle, in toto and 4D, in scoring As for exams, in getting the latest handphones, in chasing after brands, in supporting their idols...the list goes on...

Then what's your definition of happiness?

Been in kinda deep thoughts lately, again missing the days when my grandma was around, being forced to stay up with me as I mug for the exams, oh ya and forced to caress me to sleep....keke...evil...

And was thinking of my definition of happiness. Realised I had it, yes I am truly happy! It's been quite awhile since I felt truly happy, and be glad for me now because I have found happiness- something everyone seeks after but few have grasped. I also realised that I can lose my grasp on it.

So difficult to find, yet too easy to lose. That's happiness.

What's my source of happiness you ask? Well, it's simply realising I have so many people who loves me and so many people I could show love for. My family, my friends (you know who you are....my true friends, those who will miss me and stick on my side no matter what...) and most of all, my dearest boyfriend.

My dearest boyfriend....it's happiness for me when I see you fall deeper and deeper in love with me. You might not say it, but your actions show. Yes, I see it love, and I'm blushing with happiness. Thank you for loving me the way you do. We might not be in the ideal world right now, but things could only get better. ;)

So difficult to find, yet too easy to lose. That's happiness.

I'm so afraid of losing my grasp on it one day. It is simply too easy. One consolation though, I'm in control. I can choose to lose it, or I can do my best everyday to hold on to it.

But for now, I'm glad to be holding on to it. You should too, if you have found happiness that is.
